Chef Dayne’s attention to detail compares to none when layering flavors and creating dishes for our guest to enjoy. We take pride in our ability to think outside of the box while still staying true to the familiarity of a dish, it’s just that little touch of creativity that makes it a special.
Meet the Moore's
Collectively we have over 30 years of culinary and hospitality management experience. We brought to life a concept once dormant due of our busy work/life schedule and finally established what is now Moore Fire Grill. We have always dreamed of opening up our own restaurant and decided now is the time to take the leap of faith again and launch our line of food products.
